Synopsis:
“WHAT AM I? I am the performer and the subjective camera. I am machine and water in equal proportion. I am this body that has become a shadow, slope and tadpole. I configure myself in river, in stone, in moss. Oedipus gouges out his eyes to see no more. I set my eyes on fire because I had never seen enough.” MINIMUM DISTANCES is a work in process carried out virtually, through the ZOOM, WhatsApp and Google Drive platforms in Córdoba, South and North of the City of Buenos Aires (Argentina).

Sinopse:
“O QUE SOU EU? Eu sou o performer e a câmera subjetiva. Sou máquina e água em igual proporção. Sou esse corpo que virou sombra, declive e girino. Me configuro em rio, em pedra, em musgo. Édipo arranca os olhos para não ver mais. Eu coloquei meus olhos em chamas porque eu nunca tinha visto o suficiente.” DISTÂNCIAS MÍNIMAS é um trabalho em processo realizado virtualmente, através das plataformas ZOOM, WhatsApp e Google Drive de Córdoba, Sul e Norte da Cidade de Buenos Aires (Argentina).

Mini bio:

Sofía M. Grimaux is a performance artist born in Córdoba (Argentina). She studied performing arts at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and at the University of Guanajuato, Mexico. For the past two years, she has directed her performative pursuits towards virtual environments.

Sofía M. Grimaux é uma artista performativa, nascida em Córdoba (Argentina) em 1993,. Estudou artes cênicas na Universidade Nacional de Córdoba e complementou seus estudos na Universidade de Guanajuato, México. Como atriz, se apresentou na Argentina, México, Colômbia e El Salvador. Nos últimos dois anos, direcionou sua busca cênica para ambientes virtuais.
